We’re on a hunt for an experienced Product Manager to join our Pricing and 1st line Credit Risk team in Consumer Lending Tribe.

In this role, you’ll shaping and delivering superior customer experiences within the consumer lending space. This role is responsible for leading credit risk projects, optimising credit policy, and supporting strategic acquisition initiatives. It involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance decision accuracy, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.  
 

Our ideal candidate will have excellent expertise in product management, credit risk, and project delivery within an agile environment. They should be passionate about improving customer outcomes, skilled in stakeholder engagement, and capable of driving initiatives that balance business growth with sound risk management.

What you’ll do
 

  • Lead credit risk initiatives end-to-end within an agile framework, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business and risk objectives.
  • Develop and optimise credit policies to improve decision accuracy, customer outcomes, and portfolio performance, using data-driven insights and market analysis.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Credit, Distribution, Operations, and Risk teams to deliver streamlined, customer-centric solutions.
  • Represent the customer voice by balancing business goals with customer needs, contributing to strategic roadmaps and product enhancements.
  • Engage stakeholders and manage dependencies, ensuring transparency, alignment, and readiness across impacted business units.

What we’re looking for

  • Extensive product management experience, ideally within consumer lending, with an excellent track record of delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead product initiatives from concept to execution, including business case development and agile delivery.
  • Experience in Credit Risk, in areas such as consumer lending product, credit operations, business development and/or policy management
  • Customer-first mindset, with a passion for designing and enhancing customer journeys and product features.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, able to align diverse interests and maintain transparency across internal and external partners.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and contribute to product and business growth.
