Do work that mattersAs a Senior Product Manager, you will own and drive the product vision and strategy for CommSee 2.0. Working closely with engineering, design, end users, and senior stakeholders, you’ll deliver impactful solutions that align with Retail Technology’s goals and elevate the experience of our frontline teams.
You’ll champion a strong product management culture, foster innovation, and contribute meaningfully to both customer and business outcomes at CBA.
More specifically, you will;
- Define & Lead: Shape and communicate a compelling product vision grounded in customer insights and business objectives.
- Collaborate: Work cross-functionally with Engineering and Design to ideate, plan, and execute product strategies.
- Innovate: Identify opportunities to improve the platform and deliver measurable value.
- Evangelise: Advocate for the product vision across the organisation, ensuring alignment and engagement.
- Mentor & Lead: Promote product management excellence and support the growth of your peers and team
You’re a strategic thinker and natural collaborator, passionate about using technology to solve real-world problems. You bring strong technical acumen, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to bring clarity to ambiguity, guiding cross-functional teams toward shared goals.
What You’ll Bring- Proven experience in product management, ideally within platform or technology-driven environments
- Strong product discovery and analytical skills, able to form hypotheses, design experiments, and interpret data
- Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, and customers to shape impactful solutions
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skill
- Commercial acumen with a focus on aligning product strategy to business outcomes
- A track record of delivering both customer and business value
- Experience in product-led B2B companies (desirable)
