  • Establish metrics and track KPIs for search discovery, LLM citation rates, agent-referred sessions, and MCP skill success rates to guide data-driven decision making.
  • Partner with Audience Growth, Commercial, and Editorial teams to deliver recirculation, newsletter, and third-party distribution strategies (e.g., Apple News) that maximise referral traffic and off-platform reach.

Qualifications
What you’ll bring:

  • At least 6 years of experience shaping how digital content is found and trusted, working closely with product and engineering teams to achieve business goals.
  • Strong technical background in traditional SEO, EEAT authority signals, Core Web Vitals, and working with schemas.
  • Demonstrated experience with growth platforms, including GEO, LLMs, MCPs and RAG optimisation, and a track record of applying this to AI-driven content discovery and consumption.
