About the job

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Product Manager to be part of our newly created Innovation Squad, a cross functional team tasked with rapidly developing, validating, and scaling new products, ventures, and services. This role will be pivotal in leading the product strategy across various early-stage ideas, shaping product propositions, and validating viability, desirability, and feasibility to guide the transition from prototype to scalable delivery.

You will have the unique opportunity to significantly impact the future product direction at Wisr, driving innovation and growth through the successful identification and delivery of new products and services.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee and manage the technology product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration, while ensuring alignment with business goals and strategy.

• Define and lead the product strategy for early-stage concepts, owning them from ideation to MVP and through to handoff or scale.

• Test and validate product-market fit through lean experiments, research, and insight gathering.

• Assess product viability by shaping the business model, building business cases, and collaborating on pricing, go-to-market, and operating models.

• Build clear, testable hypotheses and roadmaps to help the team navigate uncertainty, measure progress, and learn quickly.

• Lead a cross-functional squad with clarity and purpose—collaborating closely with engineers, designers, analysts, and growth leads to deliver end-to-end value.

• Translate ambiguous opportunities into actionable product definitions, shaping customer journeys, functional requirements, and success metrics.

•Own key product metrics from day one—such as activation, conversion, retention, and revenue—ensuring data-informed and goal-aligned decisions.

• Partner with finance and commercial teams to right-size opportunities, forecast outcomes, and influence investment decisions.

• Create and communicate compelling narratives for new products that inspire alignment and support at all levels.

About you

You are a highly experienced Product Manager who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environment. You might have launched your own product, been part of a startup, or helped a corporate venture team break into new markets. Either way, you bring an entrepreneurial mindset.

Critically, you know how to flex between product strategy and product delivery. You’re equally comfortable defining long-term vision as you are at managing execution. You set clear expectations, create alignment, and help teams make smart trade-offs between speed and scale. You understand that a product vision  is only as powerful as its path to delivery—and you're experienced at bringing both to life.

You’re commercially minded, customer obsessed, and skilled at aligning cross-functional teams around bold but achievable goals. You move fast, learn quickly, and deliver with purpose

You’ll also have/be:

• 5+ years' experience in product management, ideally across fintech, startups, or innovation functions

• Proven experience going from 0 → 1 and scaling early-stage products or ventures

• Strong commercial acumen with experience developing business models and business cases

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present product strategy to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Comfortable working in lean, ambiguous, fast-paced environments with multiple ideas in play

• Deep understanding of customer discovery, product discovery, and hypothesis-driven development

• Strong collaboration and facilitation skills with cross-functional teams

• Systems thinker with the ability to zoom in and out between product detail and strategy

• Driven by customer outcomes and long-term business impact—not just features

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing technology teams.

• Experience in working with analytics and experimentation tools and frameworks, with the ability to make data-driven decisions

• Proven experience working at the intersection of user requirements and commercial strategy to drive product growth
