About the role

Syndio is seeking a Senior Product Manager to help drive the development of our Intelligent Pay solution. In this role, you’ll take ownership of critical features within our pay recommendations product, turning complex data into actionable insights that help customers make smarter, more equitable pay decisions.

This is a great opportunity for an execution-focused, data-savvy product manager with experience in compensation, HR technology, or analytics-driven enterprise tools. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Go-to-Market teams to refine features and drive adoption of pay intelligence tools that support strategic and fair compensation practices.

Why this role is exciting

Drive Product Execution & Roadmap Contribution

  • Collaborate on the product roadmap for Intelligent Pay, aligning priorities with customer needs and business goals.
  • Translate requirements into features that enhance compliance, competitiveness, and usability.
  • Define and track success metrics, supporting iterative improvement and strong customer outcomes.

Solve Meaningful, Complex Problems

  • Partner with Engineering and Data Science to build and refine a transparent, explainable pay recommendation engine.
  • Collaborate with Design to deliver a thoughtful, intuitive user experience rooted in data clarity.

Operate Cross-Functionally with Impact

  • Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Legal teams to support product launches and ensure high adoption.
  • Contribute to best practices for measuring impact, including A/B testing, validation, and customer feedback loops.

Thrive in a Fast-Moving, Evolving Space

  • Navigate ambiguity in a space shaped by shifting pay regulations, emerging tech, and high customer expectations.
  • Help bring structure and clarity to complex decisions and align work across multiple teams.
About you
  • Proven experience in product management, ideally in HR tech, compensation, or workforce analytics.
  • 4–7+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, HR tech, or data/analytics-heavy platforms.
  • Strong communicator who can collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
  • Hands-on and proactive — you’re comfortable driving execution from idea through delivery and iteration.
  • Analytical mindset with a user-centric approach to building and improving product experiences.
  • Experience working closely with Data Science or AI-driven product features is a plus.
  • Must be located in Greater Seattle, Bay Area, Greater New York or Calgary
Why you'll love it here:
  • Check out our Employee Experience page for more information on our Mission & Values, Work-Life Balance, Pay Transparency, Diversity, Culture, and Benefits.
  • 💰 Competitive Compensation. For this role our salary is targeted at $150,000 -$175,000 per year. Final offer amounts are determined by factors such as experience and expertise. We take a geo neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location.
  • 🏆  Syndio Equity. So you can share in Syndio’s success.
  • 🏝  Flexible Vacation Policy. We encourage our team to recharge when they need to, plus paid sick & safe time, compassion leave, and voting leave.
  • 16 weeks of paid parental leave
  • 🩺  Medical, Dental, Vision. Syndio pays 90% of employee premiums, and 50% for dependents.

If you share these values and are interested in joining us, we'd love to talk with you even if you don't 100% meet the "about you" listed here. We don't expect anyone to have all the answers, as long as you're willing to learn and grow with us.

Employees joining the Syndio team at this early stage of growth will impact this critical social issue and support a growing customer base (including Nordstrom, General Mills, Match Group, and others) to take tangible action on workplace fairness.
