We’re a leading financial services business specialising in credit cards, personal lending, and embedded sales finance. Our products are offered directly to customers and through a network of some of the country’s most recognised retail partners. We are now scaling our sales finance offering and seeking a commercially minded Senior Product Manager to drive innovation, usability, and growth across our interest-free and partner-distributed lending propositions.

As Senior Product Manager – Sales Finance, you’ll lead the development, optimisation, and ongoing enhancement of our Sales Finance products. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy, design, risk, and partner success—delivering fit-for-purpose propositions that align with partner needs, regulatory requirements, and commercial targets.

In this role, you’ll: 

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Interest-Free (IF) and sales finance offerings across key verticals.
  • Define and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned to business strategy and partner demand.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Tech, Risk, Legal, and Partner Sales to deliver enhancements and resolve pain points.
  • Translate customer, partner, and market insights into new feature development or product iterations.
  • Track product performance across volume, usage, profitability, and satisfaction; take action to optimise.
  • Contribute to pricing design and campaign strategies in collaboration with the Pricing & Analytics Manager.
  • Ensure products are fit-for-purpose, commercially viable, and easy for partners to promote and integrate.
  • Champion the voice of the partner in the internal product development process.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 5+ years in product, commercial, or credit roles within financial services, fintech, or embedded lending.
  • Deep understanding of product design in regulated environments (e.g., credit, payments).
  • Commercial acumen and experience collaborating with sales or partner-facing teams.
  • You are natively comfortable using AI tools to accelerate research, prototype ideas, generate content, and streamline product documentation or workflows.
  • Strong communicator with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to balance innovation with governance and risk disciplines.
