Position Overview

Are you an experienced Senior Product Manager with deep technical skills and a knack for tying internal platforms to customer outcomes? Autodesk, the leader in 3D design, engineering, and entertainment software, is seeking a results-oriented Senior Product Manager to join our Internal Development Platform team.

The Autodesk Internal Development Platform is utilized by thousands of developers to build, deploy, monitor, and deliver SaaS products handling millions of hits per hour. As a product leader, you’ll define the platform’s roadmap to reduce toil, increase developer productivity, and shape the future of Autodesk’s software solutions.

You will report to the Director of Product Management for Developer Enablement and work within a hybrid model alongside global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Apply a lean product mindset to influence product decisions, develop roadmaps, and choose platform technologies
  • Present strategies and updates to senior leadership, including CTO, CIO, and executive teams
  • Lead cross-organizational decision-making and prioritization to drive adoption of Autodesk Internal Development Platform
  • Communicate vision, strategy, and roadmap through frequent updates to stakeholders
  • Document user needs through workflows, use cases, and customer journeys

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5-8 years as a Senior Product Manager with a focus on cloud-based technologies
  • 5-8 years’ experience with development platform systems, such as Kubernetes, GitHub, Dynatrace, CloudBees, Artifactory, or data platforms
  • Proven ability to break down complex problems into user-focused solutions
  • Experienced in managing cross-functional product launches involving multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical partners
