We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager with deep understanding of the MarTech space to join our team. This role will involve defining, building & taking to market an innovative multichannel workflows and customer journeys capability that empower businesses to connect with their customers at scale, driving substantial growth through automated conversational-messaging pathways. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop & Innovate: Lead the development of a new interface which helps transform how brands engage with the digital consumer via intuitive, flexible, and impactful customer journeys & workflows. 
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and stay ahead of industry trends in automated marketing and customer engagement. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to bring product visions to life. 
  • Product Strategy: Define and execute a product strategy that drives scalable growth and aligns with the company’s goals. 
  • Customer-Centric Design: Ensure product is user-friendly, intuitive and effectively meets the needs of both businesses and their customers. 
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate product effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Thought Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert in automated marketing pathways, sharing knowledge and insights both internally and externally. 


The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Extensiveproduct management experience in a relevant field, with a strong focus on marketing buyers, customer engagement, and email/ marketing automation. Ideally worked as PM in Martech/ Customer-engagement space. 
  • Proficient in the latest technologies and trends in digital marketing and automation/ Martech/ marketing-automation. 
  • Exceptional ability to develop strategies that align with business goals and drive product growth. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach. 
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in software, Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
