Description

At Datacom, we’re not just building software—we’re shaping the future of how businesses connect with their customers. As one of ANZ’s most forward-thinking tech companies, we’re on a mission to deliver smarter, more intuitive software solutions that make a real difference.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who’s not just strategic, but visionary—someone who can embed product thinking across the organisation, inspire teams to challenge the status quo, and lead with purpose. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where innovation is encouraged and impact is expected, this could be your next big move.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll:

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for one or more key products.
  • Drive product profitability and growth through smart, data-informed decisions.
  • Own customer research capability within the team
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams.
  • Shape go-to-market strategies and bring new ideas to life.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and keep us one step ahead of the competition. Mentor and grow junior product talent, helping to build a strong product culture.
  • Champion a product mindset across the business.

🧠 What You Bring

Must-haves:

  • 10+ years in product management, ideally in SaaS, professional services or tech environments.
  • Deep understanding of customer and research
  • A track record of leading successful product initiatives from concept to launch.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience managing budgets.
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies and the SaaS product lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in a Tier 1/2 Service Provider or similar environment.
  • Familiarity with enterprise tools like Microsoft Office and Teams.
  • Background in finance management or cost estimation.

💡 Why Datacom?

At Datacom, you’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive team that values creativity, experimentation, and continuous learning. You’ll work on meaningful projects, with the tools and autonomy to shape your own path.

🛡️ A Note on Health & Safety

We take the wellbeing of our people seriously. You’ll be expected to contribute to a safe, inclusive, and respectful workplace—and we’ll support you every step of the way.
