We are looking for an experienced Senior Regional Product Manager to help shape the future of non-bank lending technology in our strategic North American and European markets.

Role Overview

The Senior Regional Product Manager – West will serve as a strategic product leader focused on understanding and solving the unique needs of non-bank lenders in North America and Europe (primarily the UK). This individual will engage deeply with customers, prospects, and internal front-line teams (Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support) to define, prioritize, and deliver solutions that maximize Symphonix’s market share in our target segments.

This role is both market-facing and strategy-driving: you will benchmark our current platform against evolving customer needs, define a roadmap that captures growth opportunities, and partner closely with our global product team to ensure successful execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market & Customer Insight

    • Bring and continue to build a deep understanding of the end-to-end non-bank lending environment, including customer journeys, operational pain points, and regulatory trends.

    • Partner with customers and prospects to uncover unmet needs and opportunities for product innovation.

    • Benchmark Symphonix’s current platform capabilities against market standards and competitor offerings.

  • Strategic Product Leadership

    • Define and evolve a regional product strategy and roadmap that aligns with global priorities while addressing local market requirements.

    • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, CS, PS, Support) to translate market needs into actionable product requirements.

    • Collaborate with engineering and global product teams to drive execution, delivery, and adoption of roadmap initiatives.

  • Market Mapping & Positioning

    • Analyze and track the vendor and technology landscape, including emerging innovations such as AI and automation.

    • Contribute to market segmentation and positioning strategies, ensuring Symphonix is differentiated in key markets.

    • Support go-to-market efforts with Product Marketing and Sales to drive adoption and growth.

  • Operational Impact

    • Champion solutions that improve applicant, borrower, and back-office user experiences.

    • Identify and prioritize opportunities to drive operational efficiency for lenders through integrations, automation, and process optimization.

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 5 years in financial services technology (lending, banking, fintech, or related).

  • Strong knowledge of the non-bank lending ecosystem, including loan origination, servicing, collections, and compliance considerations.

  • Demonstrated ability to work across North American and European markets, with experience navigating regional differences in customer needs and regulations.

  • Proven track record of defining and executing strategic product roadmaps that drive measurable growth and adoption.

  • Experience with AI, machine learning, and data-driven automation in a financial services context is a strong plus.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and cross-functional environment.

This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
