We have an opportunity for a Senior Product Manager to join Samsung Electronics Australia!
In this role you will support the Home Appliances category with responsibility for consolidated profit, market share, demand planning, price/ product roadmap and the execution of local market strategy.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the launch & day to day management of HA category products within the Australian market.

  • Develop & own the product roadmap working with Head Quarters to ensure outcomes in line with business requirements.

  • Own demand forecasting driving demand planning & supply chain management to ensure correct stock profile.

  • Subject matter expert for all pricing and competitor analysis relating to the category.

  • Coordinate pricing inputs and assist in the preparation and tracking of the pricing roadmap.

  • Work closely with the Head of Product HA, sales and national account teams to coordinate inputs and track progress against weekly, monthly and annual business objectives.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience, preferably in a CE/DA product management role

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills 

  • Relevant tertiary education, e.g. Business / Marketing is preferred 

  • High level of business acumen with a strong ability to communicate effectively across all levels of business

  • Highly developed ability to accurately forecast and manage own P&L

  • Data Analytical mindset

The nature of this role and level of responsibility may require reasonable additional hours over and above 37.5 hours per week and may also require work outside of ordinary hours.
