Our role:


Are you ready to take on to bring an industry-defining planning and building SaaS to the world? As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the launch and growth of one of our most innovative solutions by telling our story, positioning it ahead of competitors, and ensuring it makes a lasting impact on markets worldwide. 


Based in SydneyAustralia, this is a global role where you’ll shape the go-to-market strategy, deeply understanding customer needs across different regions, developing compelling messaging, and executing high-impact campaigns that drive adoption and growth. You'll collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless market entry and long-term success on a global scale.


This leadership role reports to the Global VP and comes with people management responsibilities, empowering and mentoring a team to execute bold, innovative marketing strategies that resonate across international markets.

A day in your role:

  • Market Strategy & Positioning – Conduct market analysis, identify target segments, and develop go-to-market plans that drive demand and revenue growth.
  • Product Messaging & Content – Craft clear, differentiated messaging and oversee content creation, ensuring consistency across marketing and sales collateral.
  • Product Launches & Campaigns – Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute successful product launches and marketing initiatives.
  • Sales Enablement & Digital Presence – Equip sales teams with the right tools, training, and insights while enhancing the online buyer’s journey.
  • Customer Advocacy & Insights – Champion customer success stories, drive engagement, and leverage insights to refine strategies.
  • Leadership & Brand Awareness – Mentor a team, foster a collaborative culture, and elevate brand presence through industry engagement.

Your skills, experience and beyond:

  • Marketing Expertise – Proven experience in developing and executing creative, high-impact marketing strategies in B2B or B2G markets.
  • Buyer-Centric Approach – Deep understanding of the digital and physical buyer’s journey, crafting messaging that resonates with both business and technical audiences.
  • Content & Thought Leadership – Skilled in producing compelling thought leadership content, marketing assets (videos, case studies, product demos), and sales enablement tools.
  • Digital & Social Savvy – Experience leveraging social media, SEO, and digital sales strategies to drive engagement and demand.
  • Strategic & Data-Driven – Strong analytical mindset, using insights to shape marketing strategies and optimize performance.
  • Leadership & Influence – Experienced in leading teams, mentoring talent, and driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver results.
  • Exceptional Communication – Expert writing skills, able to distil complex product details into clear, impactful messaging and present confidently to senior stakeholders.
