We're hiring for two more roles in our Product Transformation team here at Equifax ANZ where you'll help us build and deliver cutting edge products for our customers. We're looking for a Senior Product Owner on an initial 12 month fixed term contract to help lead critical product streams within our global multi-year program of work. We're running complex product transformations that will enhance existing capabilities and move them into our global cloud environments.
What you will do
You will be a technically astute and business-oriented Senior Product Owner joining our team. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with Product Management to deeply understand customer needs and translate them into actionable insights for engineering teams. You will actively participate in solutioning, contribute to backlog prioritisation and sprint planning, refine user stories, manage cross-team dependencies, and ensure the successful delivery of impactful product solutions. This role also encompasses gathering and applying feedback from demos and analysing delivery metrics to drive continuous improvement.
What experience you need
5-7 years of product owner experience in a cloud-based and/or SaaS environment
Working experience using Agile methodologies, facilitating Agile ceremonies and Lean product management required
Proven product delivery and execution skills
Experience working with cross functional teams and leading products requiring software engineering collaboration
Exposure and experience understanding and tracking capacity against the budget of product initiatives
What could set you apart
A nice to have could be either digital ID/fraud solutions exposure or an understanding of decisioning platforms as these are likely programs of work these roles could be allocated to
Any financial services or data industry exposure would be valuable
Experience delivering great products to customers while in an environment going through significant technology transformation
