Responsibilities
- Strategic Governance: Support the end-to-end GRC lifecycle for the entire MQ-28 program, ensuring security is a primary enabler of mission success.
- Authorisation Leadership: Liaise with major stakeholders, including our Commonwealth Customer and Authorisation Authorities (DCIAB, ISSEC/462SQN), to secure cyber authorization to operate for all MQ-28 classified systems.
- Program-Wide Oversight: Support the development and execution of the Certification and Authorisation Plan, ensuring technical designs meet stringent ISM and NIST-based cyber frameworks.
- Risk Orchestration: Translate complex technical risks into actionable governance strategies that protect the program's timeline and its mission objectives.
What You Bring
- The Expertise: Experience in Cyber Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), ideally within a high-complexity defence or aerospace context.
- The Influence: Proven ability to provide technical leadership and manage high-level stakeholder relationships with government and regulatory bodies.
- The Knowledge: A deep understanding of the ISM, NIST, and the complexities of certifying autonomous or highly integrated systems.
The Environment
- Location: Brisbane - High-impact, stakeholder-facing role, 4 days/week in-office to facilitate critical coordination with engineering stakeholders, program leadership and the Customer.
