The Senior Program Manager - ER & DEI will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives within the Employee Relations (ER) and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) functions. This role will involve:

  • Program Management: Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of key ER and DEI programs, ensuring they align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Low Performance Operations: Working with ERPs on all aspects of the Managing Low Performance workstream:
    • Reporting to senior HR leaders and EO
    • Enablement of ERPs
    • Change Management with adopting a new Elevate led approach
  • DEI Roadmap: Co-creation of the DEI Strategic and Operational plan with DEI Leader
  • Stakeholder Management: Building strong relationships with HR leaders, business partners, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and drive program success.
  • Project Management: Utilizing project management methodologies to effectively manage timelines, budgets, and resources for ER and DEI initiatives.
  • Data Analysis: Analyzing ER and DEI data to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and inform decision-making.


The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of ER and DEI principles, a collaborative approach, and a passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace.
