A bit about your role 

The Senior Program Manager within nbn's SEO Strategy and Implementation Team supports project delivery, PMO, governance, and reporting across enterprise-wide programs. The role focuses on strategic, operational, and workforce management to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations.  

 

Key responsibilities include program management, governance and risk management, stakeholder management, continuous improvement, and the opportunity to deliver both tactical and strategic programs, with a core focus on optimising workforce efficiency and help nbn achieve its business objectives. 

 

A bit about you 

You will have strong experience in program management, particularly in coordinating complex, cross-functional virtual teams within technology-dependent enterprises. A deep understanding of project concepts, tools, and experience in managing large business projects. Key skills include change management, product development, and proficiency with project management best practice and Jira 

 

The role also requires strong stakeholder management and communication skills, along with the ability to manage priorities, resolve conflicts, and ensure effective program delivery. Additionally, it involves contract and supplier management, analytical skills, commercial acumen, and a process-driven approach to delivery and collaboration, with knowledge of methodologies like Lean Six Sigma. The ability to excel in dynamic environments and proactively solve problems is essential. Any certifications in Project management are beneficial.
