We are looking for a Program Manager with a passion for driving large-scale strategic initiatives in a complex, cross-functional environment. This pivotal role involves complete program ownership and strategic oversight of significant programs, ensuring alignment across Technology, Data & Intelligence, Product, and Operations management. You will be responsible for program strategy, execution, and financial accountability, ultimately driving key business initiatives and supporting Equifax's strategic goals.

What you will do
  • Own the full life cycle and strategy of complex, cross-functional programs, including overall program budgeting, objectives, planning, and execution.

  • Manage specific complex, cross-functional programs that drive strategic business initiatives, including overall program budgeting, program objectives, planning, and execution across Technology, Data & Intelligence (DI), Product, and Operations management, and program reporting.

  • Drive the execution and strategy of multi-stream programs, working closely with the project leaders of each stream of activity (Tech, DI, Ops, Product & Go-to-Market).

  • Ensure all program deliverables align to the program’s desired outcome and support strategic business initiatives and strategies.

  • Implement and maintain Equifax program controls and governance—processes, procedures, reporting, and policies.

  • Manage overall program governance, financial accountability, infrastructure, and planning.

  • Drive overall program risk management, identifying and implementing risk resolution remedies across all streams of activity.

  • Monitor and communicate program measures of success, plans, status, issues, and risks in a timely manner to team members, stakeholders, and senior management.

  • Act as the communications conduit to executive sponsors and conduct periodic briefings/status updates.

  • Oversee and provide guidance to a team of professionals performing project and program-related implementation tasks and distribute workload based on employee capability and business prioritization.

What experience do you need
  • 10+yrs of experience in complete program ownership and strategic execution of complex, cross-functional programs.

  • Proven track record in defining and implementing robust program controls and governance.

  • Documented experience managing program finances, budgeting, and achieving financial accountability up to a significant monetary value (e.g., $10 million).

  • Specific examples of successfully driving program risk management and implementing effective risk resolution remedies.

  • Prior experience in high-level stakeholder communication and conducting executive-level status briefings.

  • Direct experience overseeing and providing guidance to project teams, including workload distribution and prioritization.

  • Experience directing deliverables aligned across multiple interdependent projects within a single large program

What Could Set You Apart
  • Experience adapting and implementing industry best practices for program management within an A/NZ context.

  • Experience in the Technology, Data & Intelligence, and/or Financial Services sectors.

  • Advanced program management certification (e.g., PgMP).
