Our Australian Content & Creative team are looking for a communicative, client-facing and skilled Senior Digital Project Manager
As a Senior Digital PM at .Monks, you act in concert with Asia Pacific's leading brands and their agencies to plan and produce award-winning work. You’re a project’s pace - and peacemaker, and principally responsible for timely-and-terrific delivery of successful projects. 

This hands-on role requires client-facing experience in digital production and a thorough understanding of what is needed to execute cutting edge delivery. If you’re the one, we’d love to have a chat.

Role:

  • You’ll work with a very talented team of Monks to set up new, and manage existing projects by responding to briefs — producing production proposals and responding to pitches, carrying the pitch through to production and leading successful delivery of content production services. 
  • You will be the nexus between idea and execution, you will work with a variety of regional and local clients, who choose Monks for the creative production of their projects, platforms and digital campaigns.
  • You will work hand in hand with regional delivery and operations teams, working to lead the development of excellent Production & Project Management standards across the region. 
  • Together with our creatives and tech chiefs, you help to lead projects towards a successful sign-off and shape them into a joint success by managing the production on our behalf.
  • You will have experience in working in new and cutting edge environments, with a passion for new tools and ways of working, with the ultimate goal of improving efficiency and developing excellent standards for our clients. 
  • You’ll get to produce projects that engage with new and innovative uses of technology, requiring you to lead the way across uncharted paths of production.
  • You will have experience engaging with and managing freelancers. 
  • You will report directly into the Regional Operations VP, also based in Australia. 

Responsibilities:

  • You will:
    • Be the lead Project Manager within AUNZ, leveraging local and hub teams to execute delivery.
    • Responsible for scoping and quoting projects as well as timing and planning production work.  
    • Play the lead role in coordinating projects from pitch to production, focusing on feasibility and profitability. 
    • Drive resource planning and allocation throughout the project lifecycle, assessing skill requirements and deploying resources strategically to achieve project milestones and objectives.
    • Be responsible for burn reporting, budget management, risk identification & mitigation. 
    • Own the creation and management of production & work delivery plans
    • Own reporting and governance processes for projects, coordinating & managing Content Delivery teams schedules to allow for successful project delivery. 
    • Review & create Statements of Work, ensuring contracts have appropriate levels of detail, particularly relating to constraints and assumptions. 
    • The point of contact for client and internal teams as it relates to owned projects. 
    • Present plans & progress reports to clients, owning requirement gathering and change management processes. 

What we are looking for: 

  • 5 years of client-facing experience working as a producer in digital advertising or creative production.
  • At least 3 years working with Australian clients. 
  • You are bachelor level educated with specialist Project Management or Production certifications.
  • Demonstrable experience leading high revenue executions for enterprise and mid-tier organisations.  
  • You know the business of digital advertising and production by heart and bring a solid understanding of the present-day needs of agencies and brands.
  • You will be comfortable working across Singapore, Korea, Malaysia and India timezones where required.
