We are currently seeking a highly motivated and hands on Senior Project Manager in Sydney to join our team and lead digital transformation projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including project planning, execution, and project team management
- Work closely with our customers and the HSO consulting team to ensure business requirements are met and delivered in a timely manner
- Ensure project success in terms of scope, schedule, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination
- Manage project resources, risks, and contracts
- Participate in steering committee and strategy meetings
- Run daily stand ups as necessary
- Reporting, invoicing, budgetary control and governance
- Utilize HSO's proven project methodology to successfully deliver projects
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge and application of project management methodologies, such as PRINCE2, SureStep, PMI
- Experience in the service/consulting industry with an understanding of the challenges in this field
- Ability to lead and motivate larger project teams, many of whom are working remotely
- Excellent presentation and conflict management skills
- Willingness to travel for project-related activities
- The right to work in Australia
