The Opportunity
We’re seeking a strategic and delivery-focused Senior Project Manager on a fixed term contract until March 2027 to lead the Plan to Inventory workstream within our SAP S/4HANA deployment program known as “Amplify”. This is a high-impact role coordinating program delivery aligned to our Amplify North Star, ensuring successful technology deployment and people/process changes that enhance business value.
Responsibilities include:
- Project manage the global end-to-end delivery of the Plan to Inventory workstream. This covers Supply Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Product Quality and Manufacturing.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, scope, schedules, budgets, and risk strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver on scope, schedule, and budget.
- Collaborate with the PMO and Change Management teams to ensure readiness and adoption.
- Drive stakeholder engagement across global and regional Supply Chain teams.
- Ensure successful rollout of SAP S/4HANA, meeting compliance, financial, and operational requirements.

Essential:
Knowledge
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementation and project lifecycle.
- Deep understanding of global Supply Chain processes.
- Familiarity with change management and enterprise transformation practices.
Experience
- Proven success in leading large-scale technology transformation projects through to benefit outcome.
- Strong track record in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience navigating global business environments.
- Experience in Agile, waterfall and hybrid project management methodologies.
Ideal but not essential:
- Experience leading change at senior stakeholder level.
- Specific SAP supply chain module expertise.
- Highly Desirable – Experience supporting, upgrading, or implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
