Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the SAP Payroll Remediation and Compliance workstream. This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy through the identification, analysis, and remediation of system, data, and process defects that impact payroll integrity.

 

As the Senior Project Manager, you will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the payroll remediation program. You will:

  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of the SAP payroll remediation and compliance initiatives.

  • Identify and analyse root causes of payroll inaccuracies and drive effective remediation strategies.

  • Manage solution delivery across change impact assessments, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.

  • Ensure all activities are aligned with compliance requirements and business readiness standards.

  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure integration across systems and processes.

  • Manage budgets, risks, timelines, and reporting to governance forums and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

You bring a deep understanding of SAP Payroll systems and have successfully delivered large-scale remediation or transformation projects. You are outcomes-focused, highly organised, and skilled at leading cross-functional teams in complex environments.

You will also demonstrate:

  • Proven experience managing SAP Payroll or HRIS transformation programs.

  • Strong understanding of payroll compliance, data integrity, and audit principles.

  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

  • A structured, delivery-driven approach with a focus on risk management and governance.
