Job Description- Managing and coordinating the business case, including authoring chapters, chapter development, stakeholder management and approvals.
- Have notable working relationships with government departments and agencies, consulting firms (architects, engineers and planners).
- Advising at a strategic level at the project conception stage, including providing advice on the different approaches that can be adopted in order to successfully achieve the client’s overall objectives.
- Leading and facilitating the overall cross-functional project team.
- Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications.
- Ensuring the production of formal project progress and other reports.
- Taking a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages.
- Professional proficiency in business case writing for health and/or government projects at a local government, state government and/or federal government level.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Ability to analyse data and author business case chapters
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Design or Construction related qualification preferable
- Preferable large-scale Real Estate project experience
