About the role (your why)

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting initiative owners to manage delivery and drive outcomes. You will be responsible for ensuring that initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while also supporting the transformational elements necessary to embed the Operating Model. Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding project teams, mitigating risks, and ensuring the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.

If so, we invite you to join our team as a Senior Project Manager for the Managed Operations Transformation and Beyond Technical Services (BTS) program of work.
Our offices are based across ANZ; in Australia we have offices in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney – In New Zealand we have offices in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch. We like to bring people together in person when we can, but we are mindful of the benefits of working from home for work/ life balance. We therefore leave it to you and the team you join to figure out what works best!

What you’ll do

• Lead and manage multiple initiatives within the Managed Operations Transformation and BTS program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

• Collaborate with initiative owners to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, highlighting dependencies and critical path activities.

• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including senior leadership, initiative owners, and project teams.

• Support the transformational elements required to embed the Operating Model, ensuring sustainable change and continuous improvement.

• Provide regular project updates and status reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
