Role
We are seeking a Director, Project Management & Product Specialist to lead the delivery, execution, and operating model for Sky Road, Octus’ state-of-the-art enterprise software platform for credit management professionals.
This is a role responsible for scaling delivery excellence across product, engineering, client onboarding, and commercial stakeholders. The Director will work closely with Sky Road management to set the vision, structure, and governance for how Sky Road is delivered, while still maintaining hands-on partnership with teams and clients to ensure outcomes.
This role blends enterprise project management leadership, product specialist expertise, agile transformation, and executive stakeholder management, and will serve as a trusted partner to Sky Road leadership. The Director will ensure roadmap initiatives, client delivery commitments, and platform evolution are executed with consistency, transparency, and speed.
Responsibilities
- 8+ years of experience in project management, delivery leadership, or agile transformation roles
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional software or data platform initiatives
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and drive alignment
- Deep understanding of agile, Scrum, and scaled delivery models
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Experience building and scaling delivery operating models
Preferred
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or data-driven enterprise platforms
- Experience leading distributed or global teams
- Strong partnership with product and engineering leadership
- Undergraduate degree
- Experience with CLO analytics especially optimization and trading related tools for leverage loan strategies
- Experience as a Product Specialist for an analytical software platform

As a result, compensation may vary within and across similar roles and positions. Please note that the salary range information below is a good faith estimate for this position and actual compensation for any individual may fall outside this range if warranted by the circumstances applicable to that individual. If we identify a role that would be suitable for a broader range of skills and experience such that we would consider hiring at multiple levels then the range listed below may reflect that breadth.
The salary range estimate for this position is $150,000 - $175,000.
The actual compensation will be at Octus' sole discretion and will be determined by the aforementioned and other relevant factors.
