The opportunity
The role will plan and manage end–to-end of large sized programs/projects of high complexity, with a high level of risk and with significant business criticality. The role will ensure program/project results contribute positive business value and meet agreed scope, cost, schedule and quality objectives utilizing multiple delivery approaches including Agile. It will maintain the overall integrity and coherence of the program, with strong management of inter-dependencies including oversight of any risks and issues arising. It includes the co-ordination of new capability for the business to enable effective change and realization of projected benefits.
Description of division and business unit
The S&I Business Programs function is the project delivery business unit servicing the Super and Investment business, accountable to design, deliver and manage innovate solutions that meet the current and future needs of our customers.

- Delivering effective communications tailored for different audiences at all levels
- Strong Vendor management
- Ability to proactively anticipate and resolve problems/roadblocks and maintain delivery momentum
- Ability to understand Technology and translate them to financial terms
- Identification and implementation of mitigating controls with consideration of associated costs and benefits to allow the business to make informed risk and control management decisions
- Experience in delivering financial transformation projects is desirable
- Experience in working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments is desirable
- Excellent collaboration with other Streams within the Service-X Program to ensure dependencies are proactively managed
