Lead and manage project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Collaborate with a team of engineers and subcontractors to deliver practical, high-quality solutions.
Ensure all projects comply with our safety and quality standards.
Provide clear project updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders and the internal team.
Focus on continuous improvement initiatives that enhance our project processes.
Here’s what you’ll need to thrive in this role:
Advanced project management skills, ideally within the energy or engineering sector with experience in the delivery of solar PV rooftop and ground mount projects, including high voltage projects.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a knack for motivating teams.
- A practical mindset that balances hands-on project work with strategic thinking.
Enthusiasm for working in a mid-sized project environment with lots of variety.
A willingness to travel occasionally to project sites as needed.
Qualifications and Licences
Electrical trade or engineering qualifications
Exposure to solar and/or battery storage projects
CEC accreditation advantageous.
