Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer (Automation) to join a high-impact AI and Virtual Agent transformation program project.

This role focuses on ensuring quality across LLM-based and NLU-based AI systems, driving automation, and validating complex integrations across voice and messaging platforms. You will play a key role in enhancing test frameworks, improving automation coverage, and supporting end-to-end delivery in an agile environment.

The Senior QA Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust test automation frameworks to enhance software quality across digital platforms. The role involves building and executing automated test suites, integrating testing within CI/CD pipelines, and performing API and integration testing. Working closely with architects, product owners, and agile teams, the engineer defines test scope, prepares execution plans, and ensures high test coverage while reducing manual effort through automation. Additionally, the role includes participating in design reviews, identifying defects, maintaining test artefacts, and continuously improving testing processes to ensure reliable and high-quality software delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in test automation and framework development
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript
  • Hands-on experience in API and integration testing
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments
  • Exposure to automation tools such as:
    • Selenium, Cucumber
    • Jenkins or Bamboo
    • Postman or similar tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with AI / ML or chatbot platforms (LLM, NLU)
  • Exposure to Cyara, Botium, or similar testing tools
  • Telecom domain experience (highly regarded)
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / GCP)
