Role & Impact
You’ll build the team that builds Blinq. As Senior Recruiter, you’ll shape the future of our engineering capability. You'll partner directly with our founder, VP Eng, and Head of Talent to raise the bar on who we hire and how we hire them. This role is about craft, not coordination - a high-trust, high-impact position for someone who sees recruiting as a product, not a pipeline.

What You Will Do

  • Drive impact - you'll own engineering hiring end-to-end with a strong focus on senior and critical engineering hires
  • Partner with our founder, VP of Eng, and hiring leads to deeply understand needs and build funnels that will put Blinq in a position to hire high calibre talent
  • Build creative, multi-channel, always-on funnels of high-calibre talent across both digital and in-person experiences
  • Design and run recruiting processes that move fast whilst also building strong candidate engagement
  • Continuously evolve our assessment methods, interview design, and hiring rituals to drive quality over convenience

What You’ll Bring

  • 5–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong track record in building engineering teams
  • World-class sourcing - you know what good looks like, you know how to find them, and you know how to hook them
  • You’re obsessed with candidate experience, able to convert interest and leads into highly engaged candidates
  • Full-Stack recruiting - you're comfortable working with a modern tech stack of talent tools to augment and elevate your work (eg PeopleGPT, ChatGPT/Claude, Lever/Ashby, etc)
  • World-class partnership skills - you know how to build trust and credibility with leaders and hiring teams
  • A growth hacking mindset - you think in systems, you move fast, you solve problems, and you use AI tools and your talent tech stack to multiply your impact and the quality of your work
