How you’ll make an impact:


As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Partner Experience, you will play a pivotal role in showcasing Xero’s unique value for our accountant and bookkeeper community via our digital partner experience and loyalty program


This is an exciting opportunity to become the go-to expert on key programs that are essential for enhancing Xero’s engagement with our accountant and bookkeeper community. By gaining a deep understanding of the market landscape and our partners’ needs, you will craft unique messaging, refine our partner engagement strategy, plan product releases, and drive the adoption of these programs through targeted marketing efforts.


What you'll do:

  • Drive quantitative and qualitative research into partner needs and competitor loyalty programs to inform positioning, go-to-market strategy, and product planning
  • Lead the creation and upkeep of customer-centric value propositions and ready to use messaging for target customers
  • Identify most compelling evidence to back up CVPs
  • Bring CVPs to life by creating internal messaging frameworks, along with rebranding partner experience programs and developing go-to-market assets
  • Lead the development of go-to-market plans for Xero’s Partner Experience, including launch strategies, adoption initiatives, product releases and migration plans for existing partners
  • Collaborate closely with regional and channel partners to ensure successful deployment
  • Advance revenue growth across Xero’s existing customer base and prospects by developing external facing training material in addition to campaign content that drives usage
  • Influence and lead complex GTM work streams, building rapport with senior stakeholders across functions to gain buy-in and prioritise objectives
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow adoption by actively staying across research, performance analytics, and feedback from customer-facing teams
  • Act as the partner experience expert globally, enabling internal teams to leverage it as a powerful channel for customer engagement and revenue growth
  • Partner closely with the Commercial Operations team to construct and execute tests that will inform enhancements to the design and messaging of Xero’s Partner Experience

What you'll bring with you:

  • 6+ years in product marketing or related roles 
  • Experience working across timezones and functions 
  • Experience with loyalty or benefits programs
  • Strong expertise in applying product marketing best practices and frameworks
  • Proven ability to craft compelling messaging that connects and converts target customers 
  • Ability to work independently,  thrive in fast-paced environments and manage ambiguity
  • Proven experience in balancing long-term strategic planning with short-term execution
  • Strong business acumen and a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • A proactive mindset with a “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude
