About the Role
Sime Industrial is seeking an experienced Senior Reward Advisor to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.
As a Senior Reward Advisor, you will support the team in delivering key remuneration projects, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the end-to-end remuneration review, including data analysis, salary benchmarking, and reporting
- Interpreting and analysing remuneration data to provide insights and recommendations
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
- Collaborating with HR and business leaders to deliver key compensation insights
- Supporting remuneration frameworks, job evaluations, and market pricing initiatives.

About You
A successful teammate will have experience in:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience providing advice in a full range of HR or compensation services
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with experience working on remuneration cycles
- Proficiency in Excel and remuneration tools (BI Reporting, Workday or ichris experience highly desirable)
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex data to stakeholders
- Experience in job evaluations preferably Hay Korn Ferry.
