  • Juggle multiple projects and demands effortlessly; meet Lightspeed’s SLAs for issue response and resolution.
  • Support the evaluation and implementation of new enterprise technologies as Lightspeed scales.
  • Monitor system alerts, logs, and performance indicators to identify and address potential issues proactively.

What you need to bring:

We're looking for a Senior candidate who has experience with the following:

  • Experience with Google Workspace, JAMF Mobile Device Management (MDM), OneLogin Identity and Access Management (IAM), Helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow, JIRA), would be advantegous to have. But we're open to those with experience in other applicable software services.
  • Extensive experience in a system administration role
  • Experience supporting large environments of Macbooks and Windows users with an ability to troubleshoot issues patiently
  • Experience in troubleshooting complex network environments
  • Experience in designing and implementing robust enterprise environments using cloud infrastructure and SaaS services
  • Experience in designing and maintaining an enterprise server infrastructure and services
  • Programming experience with low-code / no-code environments
