Right now, we need a Senior Sales Executive based in Sydney or Melbourne to support Enterprise and Government ambitions throughout Australia and help us realise our bold goals.

Who are you?
We are looking for applications from candidates who already possess large professional networks within the Australian State Government and the associated Technology Partner community. The candidate must be confident that they can immediately create meetings and open new opportunities for Pexip’s government focused interoperability and secure meeting propositions. Pexip’s focus markets are Defence, Health, Central Government, Justice and Government to Citizen video engagement. This candidate will be asked to drive new business primary into the State Health, Justice and G2C market alongside traditional Enterprise business in Sydney and Melbourne.
You have a consultative sales approach with a proven track record of selling enterprise software, collaboration solutions, or high-tech to large organisations. In addition, you possess an entrepreneurial spirit and have broad experience in complex selling. You are passionate, content to take responsibility for your actions and performance, and are a team player with solid integrity. Alongside the local technical champion, you will take ownership and manage commercial activities in the nominated regions.
Some of the responsibilities of the position include:
- Drive the sales process from lead to closed-won
- Develop account plansand execute on them
- Position Pexip with a strong customer value proposition and clear ROI
- Wow customers with Pexip solutions that meet their needs and goals
- Secure upsell revenue through networking, referrals, and demand generation within the existing customer base
- Own and be accountable for your pipeline to meet company goals
- Orchestrate the Pexip ecosystem to scale sales through business partners and to support a complex buying process and successful adoption.
To be successful in this role, you are likely to have the following experience
- 5+ years of selling to large organizations within enterprise and public sector markets.
- Experience in building powerful networks, prospecting, and presentation to all buying influencers.
- Ability to quickly understand the technology and to advise complex organizations on efficient implementation and utilization.
- Knowledge of enterprise and Government selling methodologies and how to leverage them for effective selling.
- Have a solid track record in selling to Government agencies.
- Proficient in analysing enterprise strategy and financials to develop effective account growth strategies.
- Experience in selling enterprise software.
- Background from or strong interest in working for a company on a mission to create customer value with unique and powerful technology.
- Experienced in skills development and managing a sales team.
- Able to travel when required.
- English with full professional proficiency.
