As a Senior Sales Executive for Autonomous Mobile Robotics (AMR) you will build strong and collaborative relationships with commercial prospects and drive new business and revenue. You will deeply understand customers and business's needs, pain points and the competitive landscape to provide tailored solutions to address key challenges and assist our customers in creating the future they seek. You will act as a trusted advisor, establishing relationships with C-Suites to partner with them for long-term success.

Our portfolio of partnerships with the leading AMR providers allows us to support customers across a range of solutions and deliver enhanced productivity, reduced operational costs, and optimized workflows for our customers.

What a Day in The Life Looks Like:
- Drive New Business & Revenue Growth – Focus on exceeding sales quotas by generating new business while expanding existing customer relationships through a full-cycle sales process.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Development – Identify and engage potential customers via research, networking, cold calling, and outreach, collaborating with Marketing and SDRs to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Customer Needs Assessment – Conduct client visits and assessments to align AMR solutions with operational requirements and ensure solutions deliver maximum value.
- Develop & Present Tailored Solutions – Create and deliver compelling, ROI-driven value propositions aligned with customer needs, with a strong emphasis on AMR and warehouse automation solutions.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management – Strengthen customer relationships through regular check-ins, face-to-face meetings, and strategic account planning to ensure long-term value.
- Sales Execution & Deal Closing – Prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations while effectively negotiating contracts and managing the end-to-end sales process with the appropriate internal resources.
- Market Awareness & Competitive Intelligence – Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and customer challenges to make informed strategic recommendations.
- CRM & Sales Data Management – Keep Salesforce and other CRM systems updated throughout the sales cycle, ensuring accurate tracking from qualified opportunities to deal closure.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Delivery, to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
- Compliance & Continuous Learning – Stay informed about product offerings, regulatory requirements, and company standards while continuously improving sales knowledge and techniques.
What You Bring to the Team
You are a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in either Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR), warehouse automation, or high value sales. You are a highly driven, consultative seller who understands the complexities of long sales cycles and the nuances of selling high-value solutions.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven track record in AMR or warehouse automation sales, with experience in AMR hardware, robotics software, or supply chain automation solutions, and a history of closing $1.5M+ deals in 6–18-month sales cycles.
- Ability to influence and engage C-Suite executives in commercial accounts, demonstrating executive presence and strategic thinking.
- Quota-carrying, hunter mentality, with a history of exceeding sales targets in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
- Strong warehousing acumen—understanding warehouse operations, warehouse automation, and or supply chain optimisation strategies.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and adaptable, capable of navigating complex deals while maintaining a positive and strategic approach.
- Strong understanding of the supply chain automation landscape, including key OEMs, vendors, competitors, and emerging technologies shaping the industry.
- Excellent collaboration and organisational skills, with the ability to assess and respond to competing priorities.
- 5+ year of automation, warehouse or supply chain experience beneficial.
