The Langham, Gold Coast has an opportunity for a strategic, driven and engaging Senior Sales Manager to join our team and support driving business and revenue development within the Property through sourcing and maximising all sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
As Senior Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving revenue opportunities within the Property with a particular focus on Group Rooms and Catering Business. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for delivering and implementing a proactive sales strategy that works to secure leads & conversion, maintain a high level of service and maximise revenue.

The Senior Sales Manager will work both proactively and reactively in their dedicated market segments and must have the ability to understand market demands and effectively yield based on the overall Hotel Sales Strategy. The Senior Sales Manager will build and maintain strong relationships, always remaining client and guest focused and working to deliver authentic and luxury experiences. 

Qualifications & Skills
To be successful in the role you will have been in the same or similar position in a hospitality environment with Gold Coast market experience highly desirable as is a proven track record of success in Groups Sales and Business Development:

  • Passion for service excellence and experience 
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MICE Market
  • Extremely organised with an excellent attention to detail
  • 5-Star Hotel experience essential
  • Australian work rights.
