What You'll Do
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline through Direct B2B sales and partnerships with Insurers and Brokers
- Own the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through to negotiation and close, with a heavy focus on prospecting
- Consistently achieve quarterly and annual financial targets, including annual quotas of $1.5M
- Drive business development through account-based sales model and strategic outreach
- Build new relationships and nurture existing partners to develop long-term channel relationships
- Influence decision-making processes and sell wellbeing solutions through B2B and Partner channels
- Represent TELUS Health in business presentations, community efforts and networking activities
- Passionately articulate the TELUS Health business proposition and ROI model with exceptional communication skills
What You Bring
- 5+ years proven track record of selling business value-driven solutions with consistent quota achievement
- Established network within the Australian business community and experience selling to Private businesses and Government agencies
- Demonstrated experience in managing Partnerships for joint revenue generation success
- Strong business acumen with expert negotiation skills and hunter mentality for pipeline development
- Highly energetic relationship builder with the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders
- Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with professional maturity
- Strategic thinking ability with strong organizational skills and entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience working with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems
- Post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing or customer-focused discipline (desirable)
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions as required
