Job DescriptionWe're looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer to significantly enhance our CRM capabilities and drive business efficiencies across our commercial products team. You'll be the expert on our Salesforce Media Cloud (Core) implementation, using your deep knowledge of LWC, Apex, and architectural best practices to build robust, scalable solutions and mentor the next generation of engineers. Day to day you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable Salesforce solutions, focusing heavily on Salesforce Media Cloud and using LWC and Apex.
- Develop and maintain system architecture and documentation, ensuring high standards for data integrity and security.
- Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship to mid-level and associate engineers, and champion a positive team culture.
- Manage the continuous deployment of enhancements using CI/CD tooling (preferably Git/Gearset) and best practices.
- Provide essential production support including debugging, monitoring, and alerting to ensure platform reliability.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and continuously enhance the platform to meet evolving business needs.
What you’ll bring:
- 8+ years of proven expertise as a Salesforce Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce APIs, integrations, and data modeling.
- Expertise in LWC and Apex development for building modern, high-performance user interfaces.
- Excellent understanding of DevOps principles (ideally Git/Gearset) and Agile methodologies.
- Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce Flows and perform successful platform upgrades.
- Salesforce Developer I & II certifications are essential.
- Desirable:
- Experience with Salesforce Media Cloud or other Industry Clouds.
- Additional certifications (e.g., Omnistudio, Salesforce Architect).
