Key Responsibilities
- Reporting into the Digital Marketing & Affiliates Manager, the ideal Senior SEM Specialist will assist in implementing, monitoring and managing industry-leading performance media strategies, with a focus on paid search.
Day to Day
- Smart bidding strategy optimisation (tCPA, tROAS, value-based bidding)
- Manage allocated budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize performance
- Daily monitoring of spend, ROAS, CPA, CVR and revenue contribution across our Google ecosystem
- Feed optimisation for Shopping and Performance Max
- Campaign structuring aligned to product categories and regional priorities
- Identifying diminishing returns and marginal ROAS thresholds
- Forecast traffic, spend and revenue by region
- Write high-converting, brand-aligned copy for Google Ads campaigns.
- Regular reporting on keyword and campaign performance
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing search strategies (preferred in Google platforms for both search & shopping)
- Strong organisational skills and a collaborative mindset
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
