Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Security Architect with deep expertise in Vulnerability Management. This is a 6-month contract role to assess and enhance our client's existing Vulnerability Management service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecting, implementing, and optimizing vulnerability management programs. You will be responsible for a comprehensive review of the current service, from the people and technology involved to the existing processes and governance. Your key deliverable will be a detailed set of recommendations and a strategic roadmap to mature the client's vulnerability management capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Assess & Analyze: Conduct a thorough assessment of the current Vulnerability Management service, identifying gaps and areas for improvement across people, processes, and technology.
- Architect & Design: Develop a robust and scalable vulnerability management architecture that aligns with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Strategize & Plan: Create a detailed roadmap outlining the steps required to implement your recommendations and mature the service.
- Communicate & Advise: Present your findings and strategic roadmap to key stakeholders, providing expert advice on best practices and implementation strategy.
- Collaborate: Work closely with technical teams to understand the existing infrastructure and capabilities, ensuring your recommendations are practical and achievable.
- Vulnerability Management: Extensive experience in designing and managing enterprise-level vulnerability management programs.
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of vulnerability scanning tools, remediation workflows, and security frameworks.
- Architecture: Proven experience as a Security Architect, with the ability to design high-level solutions and low-level technical roadmaps.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze complex systems and processes and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
