Your Mission:
- Negotiate Like a Pro: Handle local site negotiations of clinical agreements and budgets with finesse. 💼
- Craft Contracts: Prepare study and country-specific contract templates and budget parameters. 📝

What You Bring to the Table:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences. 🎓
- Experience: At least 5 years in Clinical Research & Site Start-Up within a CRO/Pharma company, ideally in Australia/New Zealand with 3 years contract negotiation🌟
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. 🏆
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of clinical systems, procedures, GCP/ICH guidelines, and the drug development process. 📚
- Independence: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. 🗂️
- Team Player: Establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients. 🤝
