About the Role

This role sits in the Consumer PR and Influence team at Ogilvy Australia. We are a team of 45+ culturally curious, driven and impact-obsessed earned-first creatives. As a Senior Social Creative in our team, you will lead the delivery and evolution of social media and influencer strategy for top clients, working with teammates across the Ogilvy Network. With the support of a dedicated team including social content creators and community managers, you’ll lead end-to-end delivery of organic social media strategy, including social listening, content planning and scheduling, reactive and planned content production, on-page publishing and reporting.   

This is an exciting role for someone who is passionate about social media and who has their finger on the pulse of trends, culture-first creativity, the largest social media platforms, and creative formats. You will have deep knowledge and experience in social strategy and page/channel management, and you will relish the challenge of building and nurturing a passionate and engaged community of brand advocates.  

You will be part of the team that is responsible for championing and evolving our approach to social for your clients and you’ll work collaboratively to ensure that we deliver the best outcomes.

  • You have a deep understanding of social creativity and what works on different platforms  
  • You have an agency or in-house background in social media management
  • You have strong communication skills - written and verbal
  • You are a self-starter who loves to collaborate and can comfortably take the lead when required
