The Role:
An incredible Senior Social Media Specialist role has arisen at an exciting time! As part of a great team you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day execution and optimisation of Showpo’s social media presence, ensuring the brand is elevated, platform-native, and commercially impactful.
This role owns the social content ecosystem across key channels, driving strategic content planning, creator and community engagement, and performance-led optimisation. Working closely with Brand, Creative, Ecom and Marketing, the Senior Social Media Specialist ensures social content strengthens brand world, deepens audience connection, and contributes to business growth - all with really exciting projects and plans for 2026!

Day to day, you will:
- Own the execution of Showpo’s social media strategy in alignment with broader marketing and brand goals
- Oversee and execute on the creation of high-performing social content across video, stills, storytelling series and reactive moments
- Ensure all content reflects Showpo’s elevated brand world, creative direction, and product priorities
- Collaborate closely with Brand, Creative, Design, Ecom and Campaign teams to deliver integrated social rollouts
- Act as the key point of contact internally for social execution, timelines, channel governance and delivery
- Monitor social performance across reach, engagement, saves, shares, profile activity and assisted commercial outcomes
- Deliver regular reporting and insights that translate performance into actionable improvements
- Ensure Showpo’s community engagement feels authentic, timely and aligned with brand voice
- Stay across emerging social trends, platform updates, tools and creator best practices
Who are we looking for?
- 3+ years experience in social media execution within a fast-paced brand environment (fashion desirable)
- Deep understanding of platform-native content, performance drivers, and social-first storytelling
- Proven ability to manage content calendars, workflows and cross-functional delivery
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to confidently appear on camera, bringing a polished, brand-aligned presence and contributing to engaging team led content series
