As part of the Commercial Lending Squad, within the Banker Assisted Lending Crew, you will be involved in key strategic initiatives that transform the Commercial Lending user experience, drive continuous improvement and risk buy-down. You will work closely with the Product Owner and squad to deliver Commercial lending functionality and experience via minor enhancements as well as significant strategic transformation and change delivery.

We’re interested in hearing from people who

  • Have solid hands-on experience as PL/SQL & SSIS/TSQL developers who design and implement functional and non-functional enhancements and additions to these systems

  • Pride themselves on their expertise and ability to discuss NoSQL database, Oracle RDBMS and Microsoft SQL Server mechanisms and usage

  • Have solid hands-on experience with Cloud native development in AWS

  • Are constantly mentoring other developers in database solutions

  • Are confident advising business owners on strategic database direction and application solution design

  • Are knowledgeable in project financial considerations and their implications

Tech skills

We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team;

  • Have recent experience as a database development specialist on Oracle RDBMS 11g (12c exposure advantageous) & Microsoft SQL Server

  • NoSQL databases

  • Advanced PL/SQL development skills

  • Advanced tuning skills in a high-volume Oracle enterprise database

  • Linux and scripting skills

  • Working knowledge of DevOps & CI/CD pipelines

  • Cloud native development - AWS preferred
