We’re looking for a thoughtful and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our Network & Infrastructure team.
In this role, you’ll design and build scalable software solutions that support both our internal teams and customer-facing platforms. You’ll work with autonomy, collaborate across departments, and guide others with care and clarity. If you’re passionate about solving complex problems, mentoring others, and advocating for inclusive technology practices, we’d love to hear from you.
This is a full-time role offered on a 24-month maximum term contract.

How will you support our “Why?”

As our Senior Software Engineer – Network & Infrastructure, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining the systems that help us deliver exceptional service. You’ll work closely with others across the business, bringing a collaborative spirit and a solutions-focused mindset to everything you do. 

  • Designing and developing end-to-end solutions and APIs across multiple channels. 

  • Automating processes to free up time for our team to focus on what matters most. 

  • Participating in all stages of the software development lifecycle. 

  • Solving performance and architectural challenges with creativity and care. 

  • Guiding code reviews and contributing to best practice standards. 

  • Supporting special projects and cross-functional initiatives. 

  • Providing mentorship and guidance to junior engineers. 

  • Communicating clearly with internal teams and attending relevant sessions. 

  • Uplifting our values in every judgement you make. 

  • Distributed systems, event buses, and workflow tools. 

  • CI/CD pipelines and Postgres implementations. 

  • OpenAPI, OpenTelemetry, and visualising metrics and logs. 

  • Containerisation, Kubernetes, and Helm. 

  • Networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, TACACS, RADIUS. 

  • Cisco IOS-XR configuration and IAM integrations.
