You will be part of the BB Technology, the Customer Channel and Data Domain where we are focusing on technology enablement of digital engagement channels, contributing to strategic BB and Customer NPS +30 outcomes.

Here, you will contribute to building the future of our digital platform while focusing on developing and deploying innovative technology solutions in a SaaS and cloud-based environment, building out the core technology and domain knowledge required for the team, that will enable us to build tomorrow's bank today.

We’re interested in hearing from people who 

  • Pride themselves on developing high quality software solutions with comprehensive test coverage and automation whilst simultaneously balancing security, performance, availability, and maintainability concerns

  • Solids hands-on technical experience in digital channels and customer experience

  • Are confident driving, delivering solutions and contributing to engineering design

  • Are knowledgeable providing technical support and assistance to other non-technical members of the team

  • Pride themselves in participating in code reviews, supporting and resolving troubleshooting activities

  • Are constantly collaborating within the team to apply the principles of design, development, testing, deployment, support, and evaluation

  • Have solid hands-on experience and/knowledge with chatbots/messaging is advantageous

Tech skills

We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these will set you up for success in this team:

  • Developing applications using C#, .NET Core, TypeScript, React, Python, APIs and Databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, Mongo DB and Aurora.

  • Hands-on experience working with CoPilot Studio, PowerApps, Power Automate, Azure Data Factory and Power BI

  • Solid technical background in building data integration, microservices and workflow automation on AWS cloud platforms

  • Testing tools such as PlayWright, Selenium, JMeter and Perfecto

  • Ability to create test cases, execute test scripts, fix defects and record test results

  • Expertise in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, logging and monitoring tools (TeamCity, Octopus, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Artifactory, Snyk and Sonarqube)

  • Enhance and support AI capabilities in the flow of work (Example: Call Transcripts and Creation of Customer Interaction records)

  • AI Integration and Large Language Models (LLMs)
