About the role
- Drive technical planning discussions around how to implement solutions in accordance to best practices and how we work at Inlogik.
- You put forward ideas about how we improve our codebase, systems and way of working.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to aid the development of the team.
- Participating in solution design, development and testing activities.
- Building the solution and presenting to stakeholders.
- Maintain personal/professional development to meet the changing demands of the role, including all relevant regulatory and legislative training.
- Collaborating with team members ensuring delivery is met.
- Upskilling, Continuous Learning – for career and personal development.
- Participation with networking, dev days, hackathons, etc.
Skills and Experience
- You are a Senior Engineer with advanced programming skill with C#, .NET Core (or more recent versions).
- Expert understanding of advanced patterns and practices.
- Knowledge or prior experience with Security Processes / Applications (OWASP?).
- Ability to engage with various team members, demonstrate sound analytical, design and problem-solving skills.
- Positive, proactive team player with the ability to work independently under minimum supervision.
- You are able to communicate technical concepts concisely and effectively.
- The desire to increase knowledge and skills when circumstances call for additional learning.
- Thinking outside the box with a birds eye view approach.
