What You Will Be DoingEngage Warm, Qualified LeadsYou will speak with mid market businesses in the 50 to 200 seat range. Your job is to understand their goals, interpret their challenges and guide them toward the right solution, bringing in technical specialists as needed.
Run Discovery and Design ConversationsFrom first qualification to detailed workshops, you will lead the front end of the sales cycle, ensuring every deal is grounded in business value. You translate technical concepts into clear commercial outcomes that executives understand.
Shape Clear, Human ProposalsYour proposals will influence decisions at senior levels, so clarity and precision matter. You help clients make confident choices by communicating in a way that is straightforward and credible.
Mentor and LeadYou will support junior consultants, help set the tone for the sales function and contribute to building a high performing, collaborative team. If you already have sales management experience, this role can be elevated immediately.
Support a Smooth HandoverOnce the deal closes, you transition the client into onboarding. Your ongoing touch points occur at three days, three weeks, three months and six months.

RequirementsAbout You
- You excel at having meaningful conversations with senior people. You know how to listen, simplify, challenge assumptions and point people toward smarter ways of working.
- You are right for this role if:
- You have at least five years of consultative selling, solution consulting or pre-sales experience.
- You are confident presenting to executives and speaking to business outcomes rather than deep technical detail.
- You have sold into mid market environments. If you have not done this, this is not the role for you.
- You are comfortable owning the deal from qualification through to proposal.
- You write clearly and communicate with intention.
- You use AI tools to improve workflow, accelerate research and produce strong outputs.
- You enjoy helping others grow and contributing to a team target rather than chasing individual commission structures.
- You can become deeply familiar with our service lines within six months.
- Backgrounds that tend to do well include MSP consultants, SaaS pre-sales specialists, systems integrator consultants and technical project consultants who can communicate with executive clarity. Enterprise focused sellers or lead generators are not a fit for this position.
- Within six months, you will be:
- Closing around 30 percent of the SQLs assigned to you.
- Operating confidently as a trusted adviser to executive decision makers.
- An expert in First Focus services and capable of speaking to them with authority.
- Helping the team reach monthly new revenue targets that average forty five thousand in recurring monthly revenue.
- Setting pace and standards that lift the performance of those around you.
- You do not generate leads
- Every conversation you have is with someone who already knows who we are and is actively exploring options. Your role is to qualify well, guide effectively and close.
