So, what’s the role all about?
As a WFM Solution Engineer in the APAC region, you will play a pivotal role in supporting sales pursuits, guiding customers through solution design, and driving adoption of NICE’s Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) portfolio. You will leverage deep WFM expertise to translate customer challenges into actionable solution architectures, articulate business value, and ensure successful engagement across diverse markets.
You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, R&D, and customer stakeholders to deliver differentiated solution demonstrations, shape go‑to‑market initiatives, and support enterprise cloud transformation across APAC. Your work directly influences customer outcomes, regional growth, and the expansion of NICE’s WFM footprint.
How will you make an impact?
- Serve as a trusted WFM domain expert for enterprise customers across APAC, delivering tailored solution designs and value‑based recommendations aligned to operational and strategic objectives.
- Develop compelling business cases and support RFI/RFP/RFQ responses with clear solution positioning, technical validation, and competitive differentiation
- Collaborate with Product Management and R&D to map product capabilities to regional requirements, ensuring the WFM portfolio meets APAC‑specific regulatory, cultural, and operational needs
- Deliver high‑impact solution demonstrations, workshops, and proofs of concept for WFM, Employee Engagement, and AI‑driven workforce empowerment solutions.
- Support regional go‑to‑market (GTM) initiatives by contributing WFM technical expertise, market feedback, and enablement content for sales teams and partners.
- Guide customers through enterprise cloud transformation journeys, advising on integration patterns, migration considerations, and operational change management.
- Build strong relationships with customer technical and operational leaders to ensure alignment, advocacy, and long‑term success.
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities through deep discovery, solution mapping, and future‑state planning conversations.
