What You Will Do
- Become an expert in Insider One products.
- Make recommendations on supporting sales strategies, integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution, providing “best practice” advice to customers to optimize Insider One effectiveness.
- Proactively monitor our partners’ activities, facilitate, and provide on-time and around-the-clock insights and solutions to the partners.
- Provide exemplary pre-sales technical expertise through technical and product presentations, demonstrations, pilot implementations, and ongoing sales consultation.
- Lead account services strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with product, partner success, and sales teams across various product pillars to maximize business results with clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of both the customers and the competitive landscape, enabling a business dialogue to be conducted with C-level contacts and their teams.
- Outstanding professional, sales, and technical capabilities; comfortable supporting both enterprise (field) and inside sales teams on targeted accounts.
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills.
What You Will Need
- at least 5 years of experience in Solutions Consultant, ideally in SaaS or Martech
- Cherish one of our core ethoses: care. You’ll need to care for our partners and make sure they feel at home with our products and our assistance.
- Able to work under tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to learn quickly in a very fast-paced environment.
- Be a self-motivated and savvy tech bug, always in search of savvy solutions and ideas to improve our relationship with our clients.
- High energy, self-starter, a visionary seller comfortable with ambiguity in entrepreneurial environments.
- Must be a team player — ability to interact with teammates and partners fairly and respectfully; proactive / results-driven / strong problem-solving skills. Highly dependable team player with high energy, a positive attitude, and great organization and time management skills.
- Masterful in delivering software demonstrations, whether in person or via web presentation.
- Solid understanding of basic web concepts and digital marketing.
- Possess “best of breed” functional sales experience that could be applied across an entire sales area in general or specific functional categories.
