The Challenge 
 

The Solution Consulting team is a deeply tenured group of Experience Cloud solution consultants. Solution Consultants are the primary technical resources for sales in the field, supporting the Digital Experience. We work with Adobe’s Enterprise customers to ensure they are maximising the benefits and value realised from their Adobe investment. Our engagements are product-centric and focus on growing our customers’ understanding, usage and expertise. These engagements can be highly technical in nature with an IT audience, or they can be tailored for business practitioners and focus on their specific use cases. Our team’s backgrounds include a plethora of roles spanning from practitioner to consultant to product manager to engineer to multi-solution architect!
 

This position will have a specific focus on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solution. This role offers rich opportunities to develop as a customer leader, encouraging leader, and product leader. You will have opportunities to interact with senior decision makers, learn the Experience Cloud business, and develop your network as you collaborate with people across Adobe, including from Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Product Marketing, and Professional Services.
 

What you’ll do

  • Be the technical and solution point of contact, demonstrating business and technical expertise with prospects, customers and sales team

  • Develop and deliver high stakes sales presentations and product demonstrations to a wide variety of audiences, including C-level executives, marketing, sales professionals, and engineers

  • Support sales teams by leading responses to functional/technical RFIs/RFPs

  • Conduct consultative discovery sessions directly with prospects and customers.

  • Engage in a rapid education process including formal training, self-study and field experience designed to position you as a technical and practical authority on AEM and related Adobe solutions as quickly as possible

  • As part of the extended sales team, you will contribute to qualify opportunities, to influence sales strategies/plans and technical approaches, leading to AEM solutions success.

  • Represent Adobe products to customers and at field events such as conferences and seminars.

  • Keep up to date with industry challenges and the latest trends within the commerce industry, staying sharp as a Subject Matter Guide in Omni-channel Content Management
     

What you need to succeed

  • Will be highly autonomous, self-starter, high energy, positive attitude with good organisation and time management skills

  • Ideally 3+ years in a Pre-Sales Solutions Consulting

  • Good practical experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

  • Experience working with digital asset management and/or creative workflows and approvals

  • Experience with highly trafficked and scalable web content management systems, ideally AEM

  • Deep knowledge of Cloud deployment concepts and development

  • Experience in providing cloud-based solutions to customers

  • Experience in presenting and demonstrating complex technology (in person and virtually)
