Join our ANZ team as a Senior Solutions Engineer, where you will combine technical expertise with sales insight to drive technical wins throughout the sales cycle. You will take ownership of the technology evaluation stage, working closely with sales and product management teams to champion CyberArk’s solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain deep technical knowledge of CyberArk’s product portfolio and stay current with industry innovations.
- Lead and manage technical pre-sales engagements, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Handle complex technical processes and swiftly resolve escalations.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to uncover new business opportunities.
- Deliver persuasive presentations that clearly communicate CyberArk’s technical value to diverse stakeholders.
- Craft precise and clear responses to RFIs and RFPs.
- Ensure successful execution and delivery of customer proof-of-concepts (POCs).
- Translate customer requirements into actionable insights to inform Product Management.
- Represent CyberArk at industry conferences, partner events, and trade shows.

Qualifications- 8+ years’ experience in pre-sales within high-tech sales environments, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
- Strong technology aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate how identity security, cloud, or cybersecurity solutions solve business challenges.
- Solid knowledge of security frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience with LDAP directories and authentication methods.
- Familiarity with enterprise application authentication technologies such as .NET, Java, and CLI.
- Preferred skills in scripting and application development.
- Highly desirable certifications include CISSP, SANS, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Cloud Architect.
